Yaniq’s first gig at Coffee & Copper

What a great night of music… Yaniq was on top form while playing his original songs at Coffee & Copper last night.

He got us dancing, especially to, ‘Let the Rain Fall’ (which, thankfully, it didn’t!).

People were nodding their heads in agreement to the fun lyrics of, ‘I Like This Like This’, which carries on to say… ‘But I Don’t Like That Like That!’  Let’s face it, we can all connect with that!

One guest, who had planned to leave shortly before the gig finished, sat back down again when Yaniq’s hauntingly beautiful guitar on the ballad, ‘Because of You’ started.  She ended up staying right to the end.

Thanks to everyone who came along.

Update: Yaniq is currently playing in the south of Bali – but watch this space as he intends to be back in Ubud soon, meanwhile please check out his blog: http://yaniq1.wordpress.com/

The making of a logo – for a singer/songwriter

Yaniq is playing his first solo gig tonight (14 Jan 2014) at Lezat, Jln Sukma 45, Ubud, Bali.  Hope to see you there.

His fresh, new, original, acoustic songs will make your feet dance and your heart sing.

Even his T. Shirt is brand new.  He designed his own logo and then transferred the image onto his T. Shirt – just yesterday!

So, what does it mean – apart from the obvious guitar image?

Well, the first four letters of his name, Yaniq (pronounced Yanick), are running down the neck of the guitar and then the body of the instrument forms the last letter, ‘Q’.

Yaniq is a singer/songwriter whose music is predominantely rock, edged with blues and reggae, and the letter ‘i’ in his name brings the whole thing to life, and light, as a candle.

Come and watch him perform TONIGHT, Tuesday, 14 Jan 2014, at Lezat (same street as Jazz Cafe, Ubud) and let his music light up your life!

Yaniq’s blog is: http://yaniq1.wordpress.com/ and, if you want to be on the mailing list for future performances, please comment on this blog or email: yaniq1@outlook.com
